From a hairline crack to a fully soaked crawl space, our Delano crew has seen it and fixed it. No guesswork, no scare tactics — just a clear plan and a fair price.
Background-checked Delano technicians · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Delano area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Delano technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Delano crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Delano homeowners.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Delano foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Delano customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Delano crews handle most.
A flooded Delano basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.

Book a Pump Check →Some Delano properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.

You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
Plenty of companies advertise Exterior Waterproofing in Delano — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Delano basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Our trucks are recognizable around Delano — we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Delano technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
