Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Delano property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in TN · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Delano area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Delano technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Delano crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Delano basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Delano crews see.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Delano customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Delano homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Delano property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Delano basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.

Book a Pump Check →Some Delano properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Delano crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.

You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Delano horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Delano basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
